The bed was very comfortable .
Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The cleaning staff was rude when I asked about breakfast options, already limited. The juice machine malfunctioned, serving only water. I felt uncomfortable when I overheard derogatory comments about my daughter and me in Spanish, and the staff should be more professional and respectful, especially in a guest-facing role.

The Holiday Inn Express was very nice and clean and great location.
When we book we did not see where we could get a senior discount or aarp. The desk manager says that thoses discounts are offered but we would have to go to who the booking agent was. I feel we should be afforded the normal senior discount.

Bus stop just outside the hotel takes you right to the metro to go into Washington, take the bus gold'1 in and gold'2 back. Very nice hotel all round,

The comfy standard double room had a great layout and was super clean. The breakfast was a highlight with fresh pastries and hot coffee which really made my morning nice.
